As the Director of Field Services, Scott oversees a team that functions as a liaison to all other departments, providing a constant feedback loop to ensure the solution is evolving to meet every customer's need and expectations.  “My department has the most impact on the finished product that the customer will see and experience.” 

Having joined the company in March of 2020, Scott was drawn to Colony’s ability to offer turnkey solutions, a true differentiator from their competition.  His professional passions are creating a repeatable product and having a process in place that virtually ensures a good outcome - both of which he can execute in his position here.

His interests vary as he loves both extreme activities such as mountain rappelling and leisurely ones such as golf.  Scott also became a father last year and values work/life balance as part of his overall well-being.
