Ben believes the passion of the people at Colony is what makes it “the place to be.”  That attitude lends itself to continued self-evaluation and professional development.  “We all push each other to be better,” he says.  

As the Director of Project Management, his contributions at Colony are reflected in the company’s ability to handle timeline management as well as quality and financial adherence.  The opportunity to work with various departments and provide input in their processes allows Ben to improve core areas of The Colony’s Approach.  

A self-described “Chicagoan through and through,” Ben is a Bears fan even on the worst of years.  He has a split preference in where he spends his time: either at home or traveling, “the farther the better,” as he puts it.
