Guillermo found Colony by luck in the fall of 2007, but fast forward to today and he refers to it as his “home away from home.”  The relationships and opportunities for growth have made it a great fit and a place to stay.  

As the Quality Control Manager, customer satisfaction is Guillermo’s primary driver.  "The most rewarding part of working on any project is the customer’s approval - knowing we met or exceeded the client’s expectations.”  He strives for continuous improvement in the ways that he can contribute to this idea.   

Guillermo spends his free time going to nice dinners or binge-watching television with his wife.  His favorite sports team is a specific and familiar one: the 90’s Chicago Bulls.
