It was CEO Chuck Zich’s investment in Colony’s people that drew Hue to the organization.  Joining the team as HR Director in March of 2020, she has already observed that idea first-hand, as well as her fellow colleagues' reciprocal investment in Colony.  Spending time with employees on an individual level has allowed her to better understand their passion for what they do as well as what the business does.  In turn, she is most passionate about making a difference in the lives of the employees and the company.

Outside of the office, Hue enjoys spending time with her fiancé Michal, daughter Kylie, and son Leo.  They also have two furry family members: a cat and a guinea pig.  As a family, they enjoy watching movies, making their favorite meals and desserts, going to parks, play dates, and relaxing in the backyard of their home.
