He is an agile leader, who defines the correct strategic path for the realities of the marketplace, and who transforms business systems/processes and human resources/culture to execute the strategy, including building management infrastructure capable of sustaining breakthrough performance.

Michael has over 15 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, treasury and management consulting. Prior to joining Colony Display, Michael was a Principal at Kinzie Capital Partners, and previously led his own consulting practice focused on operational process improvements. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.

Shawn excels in driving market expansion and profitability through strategic vision, combining his business acumen with engineering and product development expertise.

Christian has over three decades of experience in operations leadership, previously serving as Senior Vice President at TJ Hale and Senior Director of Operations at USA Millwork. Christian also has a strong background in wood technologies, quality management and lean manufacturing, based on his education (Master’s degree VSSM/TTC, Munich) and the positions he held in Europe. His entrepreneurial leadership and his understanding of project management contributing to major process improvements and operational efficiencies throughout his career.

As a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership, he oversees HR operations, ensures labor law compliance, and drives process improvements.
